2019 Better Together Matching Grant

Earlier this fall, the Refugee Education Center announced that a generous donor provided a $15,000 grant to match each new recurring donation dollar for dollar. Since September, $13,090 has been matched!

We are grateful for all of our new recurring donors who help drive our mission to welcome and support refugee children and families in West Michigan.

However, we are only two days away from the matching grant deadline and less than $2,000 of monthly recurring donations away from completing the match! Would you consider making a new recurring donation today?

Just $5 or more a month (the cost of one cup of coffee a month) would cover the entire cost of providing a new refugee student with a welcome backpack filled with school supplies and a school uniform, as well as six months of tutoring at Project Faulu!
