We are expert navigators. We have navigated the systems ourselves. Our staff has also co-created systems and gained the trust and knowledge to use the current systems developed to support refugee populations for their intended purposes.
Advocate
We seek to co-create equitable systems rather than perpetually working to mitigate the effects of systems not currently serving all communities.
Educate
At our core, we are educators. We seek to provide refugees with the education needed to thrive in their new homes. We also work to educate communities on how to embrace their new American neighbors.
